Ella and I have been talking about getting her ears pierced for a few weeks. I really wanted her to do it so I gradually started asking her "do you want to have fun earrings like momma??" She said yes the first time and I told her how it would pinch for a second and then it wouldn't hurt anymore. I pinched her ear lobe to show her what it may feel like. She looked at me and said "we can do that tomorrow, ok mom?"ha ha. Love her.
That was a few weeks ago....fast forward to today....she got up this morning and said "mom, i want to pick out earrings and get my ears pierced" I said "ok!!" So we took Ty to the doctor for his 6 month appt and we were off to the mall. The whole way I kept telling her how it was going to happen, the purple dots, the guns, the pinch, etc. I honestly thought she would back out.
When we got to Claires, there was only one person working, shoot. I knew that it was going to be a little more challenging with having to do each ear separately but we trucked on. She didn't even hesitate, she hoped right up in that chair!

and now....Ty Ty is 6 months!!
He is 19lbs6oz and 28inches of perfect! I love this sweet boy more than words.
